♥Overnite Lasagna~ Great Meal to Help Others!♥

I have used this recipe for years,,, it is great for a Help Your Friend Out meal or a Quick Family dinner!

OVERNITE LASAGNA

1 lb of Italian seasoned sausage (ground beef can be substituted)
2 cans of 26.5 oz. of favorite spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs
1 c. parmesan cheese
2 c. ricotta cheese or dry curd/or fat free cottage cheese
Brown meat, drain.  Add sauce.  In a seperate bowl combine eggs, parmesan cheese, and ricotta/cottage cheese.  In a 9x13 pan layer: 4 strips of of uncooked lasagna noodles, spatula 1/3 of cheese mixture like its frosting over the noodles. Pour 1/3 of sauce over cheese mixture.  Repeat 2 more times.  Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over top.  Cover with foil.  Place in refrigerator overnite.  When ready to use place in preheated 375* oven for 25 - 30 minutes until cooked all the way through.  Voila, Enjoy! ♥

(This can be frozen -cook for 60 -70 minutes when frozen)

Variations:

To have it less juicy ~

If you like alot of cheesy mixture ~
Add 1 egg and 1/4 c. bread crumbs, 1 Tbs. parsley flakes
