Brownies in a Giftbag

You will have fun with this one,,,

3/4 cup Cocoa

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tsp. salt

2 cups sugar

1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Mix cocoa and soda together well. Add other dry ingredients and put in ziploc or plastic bag. You can decorate the bag with festive stickers or use a fabric or paper giftbag (put the plastic bag inside the fabric/paper bag.) Wrap a ribbon around it and tie on the tag directions below. This is great for a visiting teaching gift or to have on hand when a guest drops by!

Add 1/2 c. hot water to dry ingredients. Stir in 2/3 cup oil, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan, you can drizzle caramel topping on top before you bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Yummy!
